He regularly represents general contractors, subcontractors, and surety companies while both prosecuting and defending their interests in contract, delay, labor, equitable adjustment and surety bond claims. Mr. Cassidy has also led presentations on developments in the construction law industry.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Cassidy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael F. O’Neill J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hunterdon County. After his clerkship, Mr. Cassidy spent four years as an associate at an Am Law 200 firm.
Mr. Cassidy graduated from Providence College in 2010, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and in 2014, he received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time at Seton Hall, Mr. Cassidy served as Editor in Chief for the twenty-fourth and final volume of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.
