Mr. Carroll’s experience covers commercial litigation, professional liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, product liability and tort law, and construction defect litigation. Mr. Carroll strives to provide his clients with pragmatic solutions to sophisticated legal matters and acts as an aggressive advocate to achieve the desired outcome.

Mr. Carroll is admitted to the bars of the States of New Jersey and New York, along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Carroll was a member of Seton Hall’s Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. Following a clerkship with Judge Bozonelis, he interned for the Honorable Esther Salas, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
